A small but growing HR function, the Head of People is a brilliant leader and is keen for this role to have autonomy, but also to provide guidance and growth for the future.


Outstanding benefits are on offer and the successful candidate will find a rounded role, within a more precise and relationship driven Recruitment role than many – this is not about volume, but intricate, hard to find applicants.


Building out a formal process and strategy for the future will also be a key deliverable. Our client has a wonderful offering, but is looking to develop their EVP and Candidate Experience offerings to ensure their brand is better known within their specialist field.


Key day to day duties include:

  • Take leadership on all internal recruitment strategy, actively promoting the Employer Brand in the quest to attract top talent.
  • Full ownership of initial parts of the talent acquisition process, coordinating with and coaching line managers to input positively throughout.
  • Manage the starter & onboarding process, including compliance requirements
  • Build rapport with the talent pool over long term periods, via LinkedIn contact and network building.
  • Strategies and build an attractive graduate programme, sourcing the best emerging talent with the HR team

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
