Senior Marketing Manager

We’re excited to be representing this innovative, celebrated and ambitious brand in their search for a brand new Senior Marketing Manager.

 

Reporting directly into the Managing Director and taking full lead responsibility for all Marketing activities within the business, this is a hands-on, yet analytical and strategic role for an established, but rapidly growing brand who are always exploring new revenue streams and exciting growth opportunities.

 

Our client is seeking strong communicators who can show a diverse background of rounded and multi channel Marketing experience.

 

Digital Marketing may be the modern world, where mobile technology and customer experience are key to the main objectives of the business, but we also need a candidate with a strong appreciate of traditional print, content and copywriting to achieve results in an offline capacity to match.

 

A truly niche business with an incredible and growing market presence, your role will see you involved with some global brands in a highly commercial manner; building strategic relationships and progressing internal offerings and platforms accordingly.

 

A “B Corp Certified” business, People are at the centre of everything this business does and believes in, so not only are we looking for a skilled leader of their small team, but also someone who understands the power of sustainability through their work.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Manage production and process around all marketing collateral for the business, from inception to delivery
  • Work closely with design teams on all online and mobile content delivery
  • Monitor traffic and report on campaign returns of different channels to Senior Management
  • Devise innovative strategies to improve presence and traffic towards all online content/media, including strong SEO use
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients alike
  • Ownership of departmental budget

 

To be considered you should have an exceptional eye for detail and a history of producing meaningful ROI in a highly competitive marketplace, essentially with experience from both B2B and B2C perspectives.

 

An impressive understanding of brand is also a pre-requisite here as your role will see you being a key part of both the growth and revenue strategies of the business – the board see the power of their brand (and its development) as integral to this!

Location: Shoreditch, London
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
