Sales Advisor
We are thrilled to be working with a growing, family-owned insurance business in Hoddesdon who are actively seeking a Sales Advisor to support the retail sales team.
A role where no day is likely to be the same, it comes with a solid mixture of administrative account management and relationship building with clients, with full training provided. Don’t let the sales title fool you, there is no cold-calling involved in the position!
The role is a chance within a progressive business, created due to continued growth. Previous experience in insurance is a must here, but they are absolutely open to a range of different candidates.
Key Duties include:
- Managing the renewal of existing customer policies
- Ensuring the sale of policy add-ons where relevant
- Development and growth of personal lines products within an existing customer base
- Representing the business at external networking events
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Readily assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks that arise
The ideal candidate
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superb customer service
- Experience using the SSP System advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and organised
