Sales Administrator

We are thrilled to be partnering with a growing company in Hertford seeking a Sales Administrator who will support the sales team.

 

The successful applicant will be able to combine their ability on the telephone, with an efficient and organised administrative background to enjoy this rounded opportunity.

 

This role requires a high standard of customer service for our clients and a positive approach to supporting the entire team with high levels of accuracy.

 

Key Duties include:

  • Processing orders from initial quote until delivery, and ensuring that all details are accurately put onto the system.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both suppliers and customers.
  • Liaising via both telephone and email with customers, organising delivery dates and following up after delivery.
  • Administrate all relevant paperwork, internal and external.
  • Liaise extensively with internal teams including Logistics and Operations.

 

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Superb customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and organised

Location: Hertford
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
