Do you already have some solid HR and Recruitment experience under your belt? This could move quickly for you if so!

 

A wonderful partner client for us – this business is a joy to recruit for, with engagement and culture initiatives aplenty and a really awesome office environment.

 

This is a temp job for a minimum of 2 months, which could easily extend, and based on business conditions, could be even better than that. A huge new and exciting project has landed and the existing, close knit HR team needs some extra support.

 

Recruitment, compliance and onboarding primarily in terms of day to day responsibilities, you might just get involved across the board as it’s an extremely busy time. Offering a hybrid pattern, we do need someone locally situated to be able to get to the office comfortably, so please take that into account when applying.

 

Screening calls, interview organisation, full compliance work and generally ensuring that the business continues its excellent reputation for candidate experience are the core requirements here, so some previous experience is absolutely required, its not a role that can consider someone who hasn’t touched upon recruitment previously.
