Purchase Ledger Clerk
An established business with an unrivalled reputation in their industry, are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk as an addition to their existing team.
The business is going through an exciting period of growth and such, they require a dedicated Purchase Ledger professional to enhance their back office function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data-entry of purchase invoices onto cloud-based accounting system
- Gaining authorisation for payment from internal stakeholders
- Resolving queries with suppliers, when appropriate
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Working closely with FD to ensure that relevant funds are available
- Fortnightly payment runs
Applicants should be willing and able to commute to the office on a daily basis and on-site parking is provided, should it be required.
Location: Finchley
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
