Part Time HR Lead

Are you frustrated by the lack of Part Time HR roles out in the market? Are you itching to add value in a role that also suits every day life?

 

Sadly, such roles are rarely available, but this is a wonderful example of a business where the need matches the requirement to a perfect level. Two days per week, with one required in the office, and yes, all the nuts and bolts of HR Ops for a lovely SME as you’d expect, but also the chance to build your own function.

 

That sounds grand, but it’s absolutely accurate in a stable and super pleasant SME, situated beautifully on top of Liverpool St Station.

 

No need for bullet pointed key duties/responsibility here, because the remit is simple:

 

“We’re looking for as much HR experience as we can get for the budget, in a full generalist role whereby the client is offering someone the chance to build and shape, service the business, but take no stress home or burden that the business really wants/needs a full timer – because they don’t”.

 

It’s a slightly different advert because the role deserves it. Ideally yes, we’re seeking someone who has held an element of leadership responsibility in an HR function before. Ideally yes, we’d like a candidate who’s taken it upon themselves to study CIPD (lev 5 if possible). No, the one day in the office is non-negotiable, so you’ll need to be able to get to Liv St Station….feasibly.
