Office Manager / PA

This single industry-led body will oversee the entire roll out of this government lead scheme across the UK and give the opportunity to the right person to be apart of this journey from the very beginning.
Based in new offices in Milton Keynes the right person will have a background in setting up office functions, procedures, policies from scratch and be adaptable to an ever changing landscape in the next 2 years.
The role will be split across Office Management and also supporting the c-suite with diary management, meeting room control, travel planning and all associated administration.
Main duties:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day office operations in Milton Keynes
- Order and maintain supplies (stationery, kitchen, IT peripherals, etc.).
- Liaise with building management and suppliers for office-related services.
- Meeting & Room Coordination
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are well maintained.
- Support scheduling and preparation for internal and external meetings.
- Provide basic tech support for meetings and coordinate visitor access.
- Executive Support
- Provide diary management, scheduling, administrative support, and coordination for CEO, CFO, and other executives.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for senior leadership and Board members. •
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Ensure smooth preparation for internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
