Marketing Administrator

Our client is a well-established, busy and celebrated Head office function based in Hemel Hempstead, who are looking for a bright and ambitious candidate to join their stable and friendly team on a permanent basis.

 

A great opportunity for a recent graduate or somebody who may be in their first Marketing role looking for a change. They’re a supportive and inclusive business known locally for excellent training and onboarding, this role would offer chances to develop and progress long-term.

Key duties include:

  • Representing the company at industry events, and manage stock and merchandise levels in advance of them.
  • Ensure mailing lists are updated and uploaded correctly onto the system along with creating email campaigns to send out to subscribers.
  • Monitoring and responding to anything outstanding within the marketing inboxes.
  • Working closely with the rest of the marketing team and other departments including sales, finance and compliance to address any customer and supplier needs.
  • Completing administrative tasks required by the team including obtaining quotes, processing invoices and orders and managing deliveries.
  • Writing reports based on campaign outcomes and business figures.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,500
