Logistics Coordinator

We’re excited to be working once again with this trusted partner client in Hoddesdon, who are actively seeking a proactive, meticulous and confident communicator to join an established and stable business which has experienced success and growth in recent years and will offer an autonomous and challenging role with time and chances to develop.

Mixing strong customer service and relationship building skills, with an eye for detail administratively, the successful candidate will be someone that wants to take ownership of their role, bring new ideas and a meticulous level of organisation to a key opportunity within the business.

 

Key duties involve:

  • Receive and book in incoming stock and shipments to the system.
  • Processing all documentation for deliveries, ensuring that shipments both in the UK and from overseas are delivered on-time.
  • Maintain excellent communication across all relevant internal departments, informing all concerned of timescales, logistics and challenges.
  • Working closely with both the sales department and warehouse to ensure that stock was delivered and full customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibility for all data entry accuracy and all documentation associated to goods in and out.
