Learning & Development Business Partner
We’re beyond thrilled to be partnering this locally important, purpose driven organisation in their hunt for a specialist L&D operator to fulfil this vitally important role in a small, close-knit HR team.
A rarely available Part Time role, this business can have a considerable amount of flexibility as to how the hours are aligned and hence, it really suits those who all too often are ostracised by the lack of part time roles on offer in commercial business.
A role for a specialist, you’ll get the opportunity to shape and guide strategically, while delivering practically and as such, we need a full scope operator, who also wants to be exactly that; being the subject matter expert for the team/business.
You must also be happy to be super hands-on; as a small business, this is an all encompassing role which will include a strong volume of administration, compliance oriented work too.

Key duties will include:
- Design and implement compelling and engaging to support key learning and performance initiatives.
- Lead on and deliver engaging training sessions and platforms, while guiding and training others to facilitate alongside.
- Operate and manage a business fit LMS that supports the talent, learning & performance agendas of the organisation.
- Explore innovative and out of the box methods of learning and performance development delivery, including e-learning and online sources to ensure best in class, engaging process.
- Partner with external training providers to improve overall processes where required.
A supportive and warm HR function that is strongly respected within the organisation, many of the other specialists are employed on a part time basis so the flexibility is real and although you’d need to make allowances for delivery sessions, most other time requirements can be discussed!
