HR Shared Services Manager

An operational role in all senses practically, we are also very much seeking someone who can plan strategically as there is so much that is to be created; so much exciting new process and structure to deliver.

 

This will absolutely be a role for someone who has worked within an HR shared service function before, and in an ideal world, someone who has been involved in setting one up!

 

It is however, a role that provides an opportunity, in that the client is willing to consider someone who is stepping up to this level, assuming that the practical ability and knowledge is there.

 

Reporting directly into a newly appointed Head of Shared Services, the successful applicant will have the platform to bring ideas and energy, leading a team and generally having the autonomy to run the day to day function.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Ownership of the day to day practical leadership of the HR Shared Services function
  • Leadership of the new HRIS implementation, partnering the Head of SS.
  • Leadership of the front line Recruitment operation, devising new strategy and process.
  • Creating and building out new process where compliance is concerned.
  • Leading on the full onboarding and employee lifecycle administration processes.

Location: Manchester Airport
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
