HR Manager
Our client based in the West End is a well established, globally recognised brand and an out and out specialist in their field.
About to go through an exciting restructure of their HR team, the time is right for them to hire and onboard a true generalist HR Manager to lead across the board, both operationally and strategically.
Ideally bringing experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic SME, with strategic input absolutely on offer and needed, the business is outstanding in terms of benefits and forwarding thinking HR policy and will provide the successful applicant with an inspirational HRD to learn from!
A hybrid working environment, we’d be seeking those who can commit to at least 3 days per week in the West End of London.
A new role in its makeup, it’s a real opportunity for someone to either come in and take ownership from an experienced standpoint, but could also suit an applicant from a Snr HR Advisory space, looking to step up into leadership.
The main duties are:
- Provide full leadership and guidance on Employee Relations matters, enjoying that part of your generalism.
- Provide support for compensation & benefits policies, with the importance of the company’s strong cultural identity at the fore.
- Manage training, development, succession planning and engagement strategy across the company.
- Take ownership of all business recruitment strategy and process.
- Be the first point of contact for all generalist HR requirements and beyond.
- Line management and guidance of an HR Coordinator.
This is a rarely available role for such a prominent brand and we’d love to hear from anyone keen to learn more about its scope.
A real challenge is on offer as businesses within this sector can be chaotic and change driven by nature, but it is a successful and strong business where people are at the forefront of that success, and the HR team is an integral driver behind that.
You should be an out and out generalist to be considered, systems savvy and if you brought with you experience of either the luxury goods or retail sector, that would be amazing!
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
