Head of Finance – (6 MONTH FTC initially potential for long term)

Our client is going through a restructure and period of transformation and are looking for an immediately available Financial Controller who can support the day to day finance function as well as the FD with project assignments and general tasks throughout the month.

The ideal candidate will be either ACA/ACCA/CIMA who is immediately available and has a track record working in a fast paced organisation, with an ever changing landscape.

The main duties are:

• Monthly revenue recognition and WIP analysis of al projects
• Support FD in preparing management accounts and monthly reporting pack
• Business partnering
• Preparation the companies’ management accounts
• Preparation consolidated P&L and balance sheet
• Manage intercompany reconciliations
• Payroll reporting, including calculation overtime and holiday uplift
• Support in preparation of company’s budget and quarterly forecast, including free cash flow model
• Support in financial audit and corporation tax computations
• All other duties appropriate to the role
