Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a well-established, busy and celebrated Head office function based in Hemel Hempstead, who are looking for bright and ambitious candidates to join their stable and friendly team on a permanent basis.

 

We’re able to look at a range of different candidates – recent graduates who are looking to progress their career in a commercial and open-minded business, but very much also the experienced Customer Service practitioners who are looking for a new challenge in a fantastic, award winning business to work for.

 

The role is a chance within a progressive business, created due to continued success, growth and progression of others already in the business and while full training will be provided within an exceptional on boarding process, previous Office/Customer Service experience is useful.

Key duties include:

• Working as part of a friendly customer service team, maintaining and ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided to all customers.
• Handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently via both telephone and email.
• Advise and consult customers on the services provided, escalating queries as required.
• Maintain accurate administrative records of all calls, updating other departments with information as required.
