Business Development Executive

We’re thrilled to be recruiting for this employer of choice in their hunt for a personable and proactive Business Development Executive.

With an attractive and uncapped commission package, we’re looking for a relationship builder, who will really get a chance to grow meaningful relationships with clients rather than quick fixes or quick sales.

 

Most, if not all leads are warm for this business and hence the best operatives can really thrive both professionally and financially. It’s also a role which has no weekend work and no specific unsociable work hours!

 

Day to day duties include:

  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about new products and promotional activity.
  • Growing sales revenue and developing long-standing relationships with customers.
  • Keeping records of calls and processing orders in an accurate manner.
  • Looking after a selection of business accounts and contacting them all on a regular basis.
  • Working closely with the external sales team to ensure all business accounts are serviced.

 

An opportunity to take ownership of your own territory, this business is right at the forefront of the local market in terms of employee benefits and opportunities to develop, due to their consistent growth. Experience in Telesales or Business Development is advantageous but not required, somebody with a good customer service background is a necessity.

 

 


Location: Harlow
Salary: £21,000 - 24,000 plus commission
