Executive Assistant / Project Partner
Interim – 2/3 months
Our client is a fast paced, growing business who are going through an exciting period of change and are looking for an Experienced Executive Assistant/Partner to work closely with the C Suite a manage a number of crucial projects in the next couple of months.
The main responsibilities:
- The single organising principle is notice, capture, follow up. Across every email, conversation, meeting and set of minutes, the postholder is actively reading for the things that matter
- Be responsible for ensuring action that need doing, decisions that need making, risks that need flagging, commitments people have made and dates that need hitting.
- Ensure every action is logged in the right place, with an owner and a date, and then followed up until it is done. Nothing should fall through the cracks because it was mentioned once and then forgotten.
- Capture review dates against every entry, so that what is current, what is overdue and what has no owner is visible at a glance.
- Control version numbering and publication, keep the central library logically ordered and appropriately accessible so that supporting documents sit alongside their parent policy, and archive superseded versions.
- Prepare the quarterly policy register report for the Board and its committees.
- Propose how the review and rewrite programme is sequenced, working from the sequencing principle in the Framework: safety-critical and regulatory first, then those addressing the findings of the quality and workforce reviews, then the remainder.
- Coordinate with the policy rewrites already underway across quality and people, satisfying yourself that each is being taken through the Framework properly: correct approving committee, correct structure, check
This will not suit an PA or EA whose experience is predominantly diary, travel and inbox management, however senior the principal. Candidates who has administered governance processes designed and run by others without ever having built one.
Location: Warrington
Salary: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
