Accounts Receivable Administrator

If you are finding the job market tough at the moment, but you have the relevant skills, then this could give you a route straight back into work.

 

Due to a period of imminent maternity leave, I need to recruit a good, solid Accounts Assistant, focussing on accounts receivable ASAP!

 

As such, you will need to be available to start within the next 2 weeks (in an ideal world), have solid Excel skills (Pivot tables etc…) and have recent, practical experience in Accounts Receivable – as the handover will be swift!

 

Duties will include:

  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Chasing outstanding payments
  • Daily bank recs
  • Resolve customer queries – relating to payment
  • Some sales reporting

 

This business requires you to work in the office 5 days per week (but the offices are lovely!)


Location: London
Salary: £30,000 -£32,000
