Marketing & Communications Lead
We’re excited to be representing this innovative and ambitious brand in their search for a brand new Marketing & Communications Lead.
Reporting directly into the fractional CMO, but with full access to the Exec, this role will take full responsibility for all Marketing activities within the business.
This is a hands-on, relationship driven, yet analytical and strategic role for an established, but transitional brand who are now set to re-shape their business (and in some ways industry), which this role can play a huge part in.
Our client is seeking strong communicators who can show a diverse background of rounded and multi channel Marketing experience – all the while thriving in a small and varied function where you must be hands on and practically minded.
Digital Marketing may be the modern world, where mobile technology and customer experience are key to the main objectives of the business, but we also need a candidate with a strong appreciate of traditional print, content and copywriting to achieve results in an offline capacity to match.
A truly niche business with an incredible and growing market presence, your role will see you involved with multi site leaders in a highly commercial manner; building strategic relationships, guiding and leading on best practice across the marketing spectrum.
A purpose led business, people are at the centre of everything this business does and believes in, so we’re ideally looking for an experienced SME operator, but also one who ideally brings expertise from a sector that taps into the core passion of their customers.
Key duties will include:
- Coordinating marketing activity across the organisation.
- Managing website and social media content.
- Developing written communications including newsletters and updates.
- Working with sites across the group to capture stories and promote customer & community engagement.
- Supporting internal communications across the organisation.
To be considered you should have an exceptional eye for detail and a history of producing meaningful ROI in a highly competitive but emotive marketplace, ideally with experience from both B2B and B2C perspectives.
It is however, a role whereby the client is very open minded, and attitude, ethic and the opportunity to learn on the role is also possible, so while experience is essential, it could be a role for someone with just a few years in Marketing.
