Procurement & Contracts Lead

Our client is an innovative and forward think business who having recently acquired a group of companies is entering an exciting period of growth.

 

Before scaling and expanding, the business has created a new position for a Procurement & Contracts Manager.

 

This role will act as a practical partner to operational teams, helping identify suppliers, coordinate purchasing decisions and manage supplier relationships.

 

The role will also play a key part in developing procurement processes and frameworks that support operational efficiency and organisational sustainability.

 

The Main duties are:

  • Supporting the other sites with sourcing goods, services and suppliers.
  • Developing and managing supplier relationships and contracts.
  • Coordinating procurement processes and competitive tenders.
  • Implementing procurement frameworks and preferred supplier arrangements.
  • Identifying new products, suppliers and innovations that may benefit Homes

 

The ideal person will have

  • Experience in procurement, supplier management or commercial roles
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers or managing supplier relationships
  • Experience in hospitality, facilities management or multi-site organisations
  • Experience managing supplier frameworks or tender processes.
  • Experience implementing procurement systems or contract registers.

Location: Warrington
Salary: £45,000-£60,000
