Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking business, who are looking for a confident and ambitious candidate to join their stable and growing team on a permanent basis.
A role where no day is likely to be the same as this is not a call centre. It’s a solid mixture of administrative account management and relationship building with clients, with full training provided.
Don’t let the sales title fool you, this is absolutely not a cold-calling, volume based role, the sales element would involve speaking to existing clients and attempting to upsell on existing orders.
The role is a chance within a progressive business, created due to continued growth. Previous office experience is a must here, especially those that have worked in a stock/product related customer role, but they are absolutely open to a range of different candidates.
Key duties include:
- Working as part of a friendly customer service team, maintaining and ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided to all customers.
- Handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently via both telephone and email.
- Processing customer orders and taking ownership of the same orders through to completion.
- Provide information on stock and product availability, pricing etc.
- Maintain accurate administrative records of all calls, updating other departments with information as required.
