Temp Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client based in Hertford are looking for a temporary Purchase ledger clerk to join their finance department as they go through a period of transformation.
The right person, will have core accounting skills of around 12-18 months experience and happy to commit for an initial 6 month period.
The main duties will be:
- Support Accounts Payable team where necessary,
- Matching invoices and PO’s, resolving supplier queries, requesting missing invoices,
- Statement reconciliations .
- Company credit card administration, including collating and coding receipts,
- Posting transactions and overseeing project / departmental credit cards.
- Support the wider finance team with any adhoc duties.
- All other duties appropriate to the role
Location: Hertford
Salary: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour
