FP&A Manager
We are seeking a data-driven FP&A Manager to take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. In this role, you will transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that directly inform business strategy.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering analytics that measure, track, and optimize performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own forecasting and budgeting cycles using data-driven models that incorporate key business drivers and scenarios.
- Deliver KPI dashboards and scorecards to monitor business performance, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities.
- Perform variance and sensitivity analysis to explain deviations from forecast and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Develop predictive financial models leveraging historical and real-time data to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Partner with business leaders to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Improve financial systems and reporting tools to enhance accuracy, speed, and automation of insights.
About You
- Professionally qualified Accountant with several years post qualified experience (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
- Solid FP&A experience, including leading a small team.
- Proven track record of building data-driven forecasts, financial models, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial and operational data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000
