PA to the CEO

A truly exciting opportunity to join a commercial and successful business at a key time in their existence, this is a fast paced role whereby you’ll be partnering a well known and decorated professional who’s at the top of their game in their sector.

This role will support the CEO of this rapidly growing brand name and the desire is to find a proactive, helpful and flexible individual who is keen to very quickly become the eyes, ears and full support to their Exec. A busy role, it requires the attention to detail, accuracy and pace that you would expect at this level, but offers a fantastic benefit package and working platform for the successful applicant to genuinely make a difference.

Moving quickly, this is a role whereby the following key duties will be applicable and hence experience must be strong in all:

Key duties include:

  • Manage a broad variety of core administrative tasks for the CEO, providing day-to-day management of their complex and demanding schedule, arranging all internal and external meetings.
  • Research and prepare notes for key business meetings and supplier requests, providing key data and analysis in the process.
  • Organise and schedule sometimes complex travel arrangements, including flights & hotels.
  • Accurately use Excel spreadsheets to input expenses and other data as required by the CEO for reporting purposes.
  • Organise and distribute agendas and meeting papers for internal and external meetings, preparing critical and complex presentations in close collaboration with the Exec.
  • Full inbox management, fielding responses and shielding the CEO where possible.

A demanding environment, but an ultra-fulfilling opportunity to work with a friendly and dynamic individual, this role is seen as business critical and will absolutely require previous experience of a similar role, with support having been provided at similar Executive level.

A positive working culture, with a superb office environment; numerous company events and charitable initiatives are on offer for the successful candidate to really embed themselves and it’s a really lovely, friendly yet professional workforce – experience in a similar professionally oriented/corporate sector would be useful.

Please note that this is a 5 day per week in the office role, so being located close enough to commute is a key attribute to have in the shortlisting process.
