These are all factors when searching for your new job opportunities.
But not ONE of them should override your decision to even consider a role.
Since January I have found 3 people new jobs which on the initial conversation were not interested in a job.
Maybe down to initial salary or location or even the hybrid nature.
However when discovering the longer term opportunities and in some case flexibility, hybrid offering or study support they decided to be open to at least going to an interview.
They subsequently were offered the jobs and accepted.
A job advert only says part about an opportunity, so being open minded to find out more about what a company offers NOW and in the FUTURE is key before discounting.
