Purchasing & Stock Administrator

We’re proud to be working once again with a long term and trusted partner business in Hoddesdon, who are excited to onboard a proactive, meticulous administrator with great communications skills for this newly created role in their organisation.

Mixing strong customer service, administrative and relationship building skills with an eye for detail with numbers, the applicant will report into a Director of the company who they can learn so much from.

Key duties involve:

  • Organise for the purchase and receipt of all incoming stock and shipments to the system.
  • Full liaison across all internal teams; sales, finance and warehousing to ensure customer orders are being handled and delivered on time.
  • Provision of first rate customer interaction with suppliers and in some occasions, customers, building relationships in the process.
  • Responsibility for all data entry accuracy and all documentation, including importation to ensure all goods are cleared appropriately associated to goods in and out
  • Work with spreadsheets and systems to analyse and interrogate stock information, ensuring efficiency is maintained in the warehouse at all times.
