IT & Systems Coordinator

We are excited to be partnering this impressive and growth oriented local business in their hunt for a progressive and hungry IT Co-ordinator. This role will form a key member of the team, both in the short and long term and will provide a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to forge and develop their IT career both practically, and commercially.

 

A superb working environment with an impressive benefits package, the successful candidate will join a small Digital and Tech solutions team, reporting directly into a friendly and development minded Manager, assisting and contributing to the effective running of all internal systems, infrastructure, peripherals and hardware.

 

An opportunity for a real all-rounder to build further knowledge, the intention of the client is to train and guide the candidate down a route which will see them take on more responsibility within the business over time – it is essential that candidates have a genuine interest in a full career in IT to be considered, ideally proved through academic study, but also a further interest in general tech – and how businesses can become more efficient as a result of it.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and support all users with varied hardware and software queries.
  • Manage all upgrades and infrastructure maintenance (including backups).
  • Support company-wide Mobile device technology and internal telephony.
  • Support the company network and server based queries as required.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders internally but also the external IT support supplier where required.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
