Supply Chain Coordinator

An exciting and demanding, but also manageable role which will see every day being different, you will be a confident individual, with previous supply chain coordination experience (although the depth of this can vary) to be considered.
A key role in the business, you’ll be given the autonomy to really shine, taking responsibility for all admin and communication for the small team.
Key duties include:
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure order requirements are accurately communicated and available at suitable lead times.
- Handling and organising all logistics of deliveries, ensuring Warehouses are aware of delivery schedules and volumes.
- Identifying possible shortfalls of stock, moving it to correct locations to fulfil commercial requirements.
- Investigating and analysing stock wastage and communication internally where required.
- Owning all systems to ensure new products are correctly set up.
- Carefully monitoring logistics operations to ensure product quality is not compromised in transit.
Strong, proactive communication skills are a pre-requisite as this role has many stakeholders, both internal and external and we need applicants to have investigative, forward thinking attitudes to be able to spot issues and problems before they occur.
