Recruitment is expensive… But even more so when you make the wrong hire!
Recruitment is not an exact science and for varying reasons doesn’t always work out (personal situation changes, illness, miss sold jobs, falling out of favour with the manager etc)
But if you are finding you are recruiting and getting the same issues with turnover then it’s surely time you make a change.
I have just recruited for the 3rd time with a client who was having these exact issues at the start of the year.
To help solve this we:
🔵Looked at their recruitment process.
🔵Gave them insights into the market, including salaries and skill sets.
🔵Advised on onboarding.
🔵 Trained their new Finance Manager on interview techniques.
For all this, we only charged them 16% once they actually recruited someone.
3 successful placements later and things seem to be running smoother instead of just throwing money at a problem costing time and money.
