Service Administrator

We’re currently representing a long-standing client of ours in their search for a Service Administrator.


This is a fast-paced opportunity for an extremely organised, enthusiastic and progressive candidate to join their busy team.

As it’s a new role, there’s plenty of scope for development for the right candidate, working with an experienced yet progressive leader.


The main responsibilities:

  • Data cleansing of database, updating customer records, equipment records.
  • Responsible for the service team inbox, and answering the phone as and where required.
  • Booking in jobs for Service Engineers, and providing general administrative support to the engineering team.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure that customer jobs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Building relationships with customers, both existing and prospective, via a mix of email and over the phone.
  • Liaising with manufacturer to register products for warranty, as well as completing any warranty claims with support from Service Manager.


The company is absolutely focussed on work ethic and a willingness to learn rather than any specific experience here- although work experience within a service-led role would be beneficial.

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000
