Partnerships Executive

Our client is a well-established, innovative and rapidly scaling business based in a wonderful location, looking for ambitious and warm operators, with a real eye for customer excellence to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

 

We’re able to look at a range of different candidates – experienced Customer Service practitioners looking to develop into more of a commercial role, but also people with experience in the Partnerships and Onboarding sector, who are looking for a new challenge.

 

The role is a chance within a progressive business, created due to continued success and growth of the business. This is a forward-thinking business who are at the fore of employee benefits provision, engagement strategy and are generally just all lovely people!

 

Key duties include:

  • Supporting the Head of Partnerships with identifying and onboarding new retailer partners, working to develop and maintain relationships with partner clients
  • Handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently via both telephone and email.
  • Developing and improving internal processes for new partner onboarding.
  • Talking new and existing partners through the businesses offerings and the benefits of working with them.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including Customer Service and Finance to resolve any queries related to invoicing and stock levels.
  • Handling orders from new and established customers alike, processing all administrative and systems requirements in the moment.
  • Ensuring that all new clients are onboarded with thoroughness and warmth, bringing an ‘Account Managerial’ and relationship style to your work.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
