Marketing Manager FTC

We’re thrilled to be partnering a well known employer and brand name in South Hertfordshire who are renowned in the area for their superb working environment, atmosphere and overall excellence of the organisation.

 

An established and dynamic Marketing team which is steadily growing based on the buy-in of the organisation, this is an FTC due to a maternity cover, offering a superb brand name for the successful candidate’s portfolio in an engaged setting with exceptional benefits.

 

A role which will suit candidates who have already worked in a leadership capacity, ideally from within a small business, this is as ’rounded’ a marketing role as it gets, providing leadership on the entire spectrum of a function, from print to digital, branding to social media.

 

An influential leader will provide support and guidance along with a team who are exciting and progressive by nature; the environment pushes the boundaries in ways that their competitors don’t even think about.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Take ownership of all marketing strategy from concept to execution, with all on and off-line content.
  • Lead and innovate on brand identity across multiple media’s, acting as the establishment’s brand guardian at all times.
  • Lead and drive innovative content creation across all formats, with an eye for detail and tone of voice which is second to none.
  • Staff leadership of the dynamic and growing small team.
  • Maintain and grow all stakeholder relationships both within the establishment, and externally with agencies and suppliers alike.

As a small team, it’s essential that the creative team maintains a strong presence throughout the business and as such we’re looking for exceptional communicators.

 

Organisation is a key piece of the jigsaw too, there are always multiple projects on the go and due to the success the team has delivered in recent times, the stakeholders are keen for more and more input from the team across the business.

 

Attention to detail, systems skills (including knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud) and an all round ‘hands-on’ attitude are key, as duties will vary during busy times, but this is genuinely a chance for the successful applicant to make a name for themselves, owning full process, design, brand and team leadership for a rapidly growing and prestigious business.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
