Working closely with the business as a whole, this is a role in a newly established function that serves the wider, forward moving and progressive HR agenda for a large brand name. Autonomy will be given via a mentoring management style, but the chance to learn and develop your HR career, with this as a stepping stone, could be huge – the size of the business and visibility of the role will ensure that progression is absolutely on offer for the successful candidates.

Key duties include:

  • Full scope HR administrative role, providing generalist support to a dynamic business group.
  • Ensuring policy and process are all up to date and well publicised throughout the business.
  • Process of starters/leaver documentation.
  • Overseeing all sickness and absence monitoring and associated documentation.
  • Opportunity to be involved in low level ER queries via a central helpdesk.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
